Submit an Abstract

Abstract submission is now open until 15 March 2013 (deadline). Abstracts dealing with any aspect of remote sensing of ocean colour will be accepted. They will be loosely grouped into 6 topical areas. Please note that abstracts are being accepted for poster presentations only, although you may be approached by a Splinter Session Chair to give an oral presentation within one of the relevant Splinter Sessions. Authors are requested to submit a two-page abstract with at least one figure. The IOCS guidelines for abstract submission can be downloaded here. Abstracts will be uploaded onto the website for browsing before the meeting.

All accepted contributions will be published on the IOCS website. Note that abstracts appearing on the conference site are not counted as publications and will not be protected by copyright, so may be submitted to a journal for publication following the meeting. A compendium of all extended abstracts will be made available to registered conference attendees via a secure website link. You are requested to download your copy of the Extended Abstracts prior to the meeting (a link will be provided once abstract submission is closed).
