Visions & Hallucinations” was a new event for IOCS-201, based around the TED (Technology, Entertainment, Design) talks concept. Three talks briefly outlined highly innovative, provocative and entertaining concepts, focusing on new approaches or capabilities in the field of ocean colour and bio-optical science.
