In-person Registration (closed)

A small registration fee (€150.00) will be charged to help confirm in-person attendance and defray expenses. The registration fee includes in-person participation in all plenary and poster sessions, breakout workshops, meeting receptions, and associated training courses. The deadline to register for the meeting is 10 November 2025 (extended from 5 November).

IOCS 2025 registration will be handled by EUMETSAT through Kuoni Tumlare Congress. You will receive emails from events.eumetsat@kuonitumlare.com, so please add this address to your email safe list.

Online Registration to IOCS Plenaries 

The IOCS Organizing Committee has gratefully included the ability to watch the meeting Plenary sessions through an online stream, free of charge. Register below to receive the link to watch the meeting.

You must register to watch online to receive the links to these breakout sessions. Consult the IOCS Meeting Programme for details on the days and timing of the hybrid breakout sessions.

Travel Support

Limited travel support (including registration fee waivers) may be available for early career scientists, students, and scientists from developing nations who can demonstrate both the need for travel support and use of ocean colour radiometry in their research.

To be eligible for travel support, scientists must submit a poster abstract as presenting author and indicate their need for support during poster abstract submission. Have ready 1) a one-page curriculum vitae (PDF) and 2) a brief motivation (max. 250 words, PDF) explaining the focus of your current scientific research, the satellite data you use, and your interest in attending the IOCS-2025 meeting.

The deadline for poster abstract submission and travel support requests is 15 August 2025. Notification of the success of your travel support request will be provided by September 2025.
